The Cheesecake Shops was born in Copperfield, SE Calgary — a home kitchen with a single obsession: making the best eggless cheesecake in the city. Every batch is baked fresh, every ingredient is real, and not one of our cheesecakes contains a single egg.
Where It Started

It started with a problem: finding a great cheesecake in Calgary that was also completely eggless. The options were either absent or disappointing — so we made our own.
What began as a kitchen experiment became a recipe worth sharing. Then sharing more. The Cheesecake Shops grew from that first batch into a licensed home bakery serving customers across Calgary SE and beyond.
Our kitchen is in Copperfield. Every cheesecake is made by hand. We bake fresh daily, deliver the same day for orders before 2 PM, and we never compromise on ingredients.
