Delivery Policy

All deliveries are made by The Cheesecake Shops from our kitchen in SE Calgary, Calgary. Please read the following policy before placing your order.
Delivery Zones
We deliver across Calgary. Eligibility and fees are determined by your postal code at checkout.
Free delivery applies to all orders of $75 or more across every zone.
Same-Day Delivery Cutoff
- Same-day delivery is available in Calgary SE only.
- Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM — or in any zone other than Calgary SE — are scheduled for next-day delivery.
- You will choose your delivery date at checkout. We will confirm by email.
Estimated Delivery Windows
- Calgary SE: 20–50 minutes from order confirmation (same-day orders)
- Calgary NE, NW, SW: 35–60 minutes within your confirmed delivery window
- Downtown Calgary: 30–55 minutes within your confirmed delivery window
Delivery windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, and production time can affect arrival. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries
- Someone must be present to receive your order. Our cheesecakes are temperature-sensitive and cannot be left unattended outdoors.
- If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If we cannot reach you, we will make one additional attempt.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after two contact attempts, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time or a pickup from our kitchen. A redelivery fee may apply.
- Orders that cannot be delivered and are not collected within 24 hours will be forfeited without refund. This is due to the perishable nature of our products.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. This includes your unit or apartment number if applicable.
- If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery, redelivery to the correct address will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
- No refund will be issued for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Weather & Exceptional Delays
Calgary weather can be unpredictable. During extreme cold, snowstorms, or road closures, delivery times may be extended or — in rare cases — rescheduled. We will notify you as early as possible if this affects your order. In these cases, you may choose to reschedule for the next available day or arrange pickup instead. No penalty applies to weather-related rescheduling.
Pickup Option
Pickup is free and available from our kitchen in SE Calgary, Calgary. Contact us to confirm your pickup time before arriving — we bake fresh and need to ensure your order is ready. The pickup address is provided in your confirmation email.
Delivery Outside Calgary
We currently deliver within Calgary city limits only. If you are in Chestermere, Okotoks, Airdrie, or Cochrane, contact us — we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis and will confirm availability and any additional fees before your order is placed.
