Refund Policy

Because our cheesecakes are handcrafted fresh to order, we have a limited but fair cancellation and refund window. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
- Same-day orders: You may cancel and receive a full refund if you contact us at least 2 hours before your delivery or pickup window begins.
- Advance orders: You may cancel and receive a full refund if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup date.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations made after the windows above may not be eligible for a refund if production has already begun. We will assess each case individually.
Refunds for Quality Issues
If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards — damaged in transit, incorrect item, or a quality defect — please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion depending on the nature of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after production has begun
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Unsuccessful delivery due to no one being present after two contact attempts
- Product stored or handled incorrectly after delivery
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Square) within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your card issuer.
