1. About Us

The Cheesecake Shops is a licensed home bakery operating at 117 Copperpond Common SE, Calgary, AB T2Z 5E2, Calgary, AB, Canada. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment is processed at the time of order via Square. Your card is charged when you click "Pay."
• Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding tax. Alberta GST (5%) is calculated and added at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill it.

3. Pickup

• Pickup orders are available from our SE Calgary kitchen at 117 Copperpond Common SE, Calgary, AB T2Z 5E2.
• We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup.
• Orders not collected within 2 hours of the ready notification may be held at our discretion.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available to select Calgary postal codes. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
• Estimated delivery windows are approximate and may be affected by traffic or weather.
• Someone must be present to receive the order. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or pickup; additional fees may apply.

5. Product Quality

• All cheesecakes are handcrafted fresh daily using quality ingredients.
• Our products are eggless but are made in a kitchen that handles other allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• Cheesecakes must be refrigerated on receipt and consumed within 3–5 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
