When you place an order we collect:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number so we can confirm and fulfill your order.
• Delivery address — only when you select delivery; used solely to fulfill your order.
• Payment information — processed directly by Square. We never see, store, or transmit your card number. Square's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Order details — the items, sizes, and special instructions you provide.

We also collect basic analytics (page views, checkout funnel events) to improve the site. These are stored in our own database and are not shared with advertising networks.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To fulfill and confirm your order
• To contact you about your order (status updates, ready notifications, delivery updates)
• To improve our service and website

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data Storage

Order and customer data is stored securely in Supabase, a SOC 2-compliant database platform. Payment transactions are processed and stored by Square. Email communications are sent via Resend. All three services maintain their own security certifications and compliance programs.

5. Data Retention

We retain order records for accounting and fulfillment purposes in accordance with Alberta tax record-keeping requirements (minimum 7 years). You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us directly, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent (subject to legal and contractual restrictions)
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
